Master and best friend forever grace this small powerful image of a skeleton and his/her dog. This original piece measures 10x10x1.5 inches and has been painted with watercolor and ink on cradled birch board. I use iridescent and genuine gemstone pigments that give the painting depth that cannot be achieved but through layer upon layer of paint. I embellish with holographic foils that cannot be photographed - they change in different lighting so you get a different painting at different angles.
No frame is necessary as this piece has a wire mounted on the back - it can be hung directly in the wall or propped on a shelf. I used a matte protective coating on this painting.
